Job Description:
  • Responsibilities include servicing and answering customer and sales rep inquiries via phone and email, processing/entering orders and returns, and follow-up with new and existing customers.
  • Assist the sales department to capitalize on all possible opportunities.
  • Job requires phone and email communication.
  • Independent workers with the ability to grasp things quickly will be successful.
  • We are fast paced! The ability to multi-task and follow multiple priorities is a must!
  • You must be able to work both independently as well as be able to work closely with various departments to continuously meet all project objectives.
  • Extensive follow-up and detail coordination Computer experience in MS Word, Excel, or equivalent.
  • Strong phone skills and strong communications skills both orally and written.
  • Ability to follow through and obtain closure on all requests efficiently and timely.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a customer service rep.
  • The ability to think on your feet is a must.
  • The successful candidate must have a positive “whatever it takes” attitude.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
