We are seeking an exceptional, dedicated, organized, and hard-working customer service rep, who is capable of handling multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Painstaking attention to detail as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-thru are a must.
Responsibilities include servicing and answering customer and sales rep inquiries via phone and email, processing/entering orders and returns, and follow-up with new and existing customers. Assist the sales department to capitalize on all possible opportunities. Job requires phone and email communication. Independent workers with the ability to grasp things quickly will be successful.
We are fast paced! The ability to multi-task and follow multiple priorities is a must! You must be able to work both independently as well as be able to work closely with various departments to continuously meet all project objectives.
Extensive follow-up and detail coordination
Computer experience in MS Word, Excel, or equivalent.
Strong phone skills and strong communications skills both orally and written.
Ability to follow through and obtain closure on all requests efficiently and timely.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a customer service rep. The ability to think on your feet is a must.
The successful candidate must have a positive “whatever it takes” attitude. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
